APPLICATION

Triple Sugar Iron Agar BIS is used for the identification of Gram-negative enteric bacilli on the basis of dextrose, lactose and sucrose fermentation and hydrogen sulphide production in compliance with BIS specification IS:5887 (Part V)-1976.
