Soyabean Casein Digest Agar Plate with 1% Glycerol, 0.5% Polysorbate 80 and 0.07% Soya Lecithin is used for determining efficacy of sanitization of containers, equipment, surfaces, water miscible cosmetics etc.
These plates are used for the monitoring of microbial contamination in cleanrooms and isolators. Use of contact plate method to control surfaces is recommended in the ISO standards 14698-1, ISO 18598, USP chapter 1116 and in Good Manufacturing practices.
